The committee will take testimony from invited guests regarding the environmental impacts of the Administration’s proposals, as part of its FY 2010 budget solutions, to divert funds from the Highlands Water Protection and Planning Council, the Highlands Protection Fund – Planning Grant program, the Highlands Municipal Property Tax Stabilization Fund, and the New Jersey Clean Energy Fund.
