I have to say that one of the most ardent advocates for their constitutions and for good common sense legislation is Senator Ron Rice from Essex below is an example of such legislation. Also although I wasn’t an aide in the legislature when Senator Stack became a Senator I would him in the same category, the Senator’s bill is below as well
