All one can ask for in any political race, is that it be close. I mean what kind of fun is a blowout? It now looks like the Governor’s race in NJ will be coming right down to the wire. Polls show the race within the margin of error.

The first debate was exciting! Chris Daggett the independent candidate really shined, as he offered specifics, which was in stark contrast to Republican candidate Chris Christie. Governor Corzine discussed his record, and what he would do with a second term.

What I would to know from Mr. Christie is this: He states that he would reject some of the federal stimulus money because of the strings attached. Considering that New Jersey has a unemployment rate close to 10 percent, why does he feel like those out of work couldn’t use the extension while they are looking for work? Wouldn’t the money be better used by them, as opposed to sending it back to Washington?
