When BCAL for started I used to write and still do about our need to raise the discourse in this town there are some outstanding groups that perform this service. Concerned Citzens come to mind ( full disclosure) I am a member but my concern is that the younger people are falling into two catergories. The first being one of total disengagement they see the jj blog and some other blogs that are so vial with name calling a baseless accusations that they are turned off. As as an aside their are a few people who try to raise the bar but they often get drowned out. The group wants to get involved but doesn’t know how or in what way in the coming weeks we will be partnering with windmill alliance to formulate such a resource.
